It constitutes a legally binding agreement between Coastal Cleaning Group, our visitors, users, and customers. Cleaning Services

Coastal Cleaning Group offers professional cleaning services in the greater San Diego area, including:

  • Commercial Cleaning
  • Residential
  • Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning
  • Short Term/Vacation Property Cleaning
  • Specialty Services

When booking online, you will be required to provide contact details and select a specific cleaning service. Additionally, we will need information about the size of the premises and the number of bathrooms. Please contact us for a customized quote. Scheduling and Confirmation

Confirmation: Booking a cleaning service online does not guarantee an appointment for that specific day and time. Scheduling conflicts may arise, and our representatives will contact you by email or phone to confirm your appointment.

Appointment Window: Cleanings must be scheduled by contacting us directly or through our form. Customers are expected to be present at the premises during our representative’s arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made. Failure to provide access may result in a lockout fee up to 50% of the service rate, or $100 if unspecified.

Payments

Payment for services can be made via cash, check, Zelle, credit or debit card. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card will only be charged after the scheduled cleaning has been completed.

Financial Responsibility: Customers are personally and financially responsible for all outstanding costs and fees associated with cleaning services. This includes collection costs, attorney’s fees, and legal costs for unpaid amounts.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, as our business is centered on providing high-quality service. However, we acknowledge mistakes may occur. If you’re dissatisfied with your completed scheduled cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will rectify the error at no additional charge. We do also offer service credits at the discretion of Coastal Cleaning Group.

Customer Service

Customer service inquiries are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please email our Customer Service Department with your name, contact information, date, and a description of your issue or challenge. A qualified representative will respond within 24-48 hours.

Right to Refuse Service

Coastal Cleaning Group reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to protect our company, subcontractors, and agents. Our policies prohibit representatives and agents from working in premises with weapons, extreme clutter, disconnected utilities, or aggressive pets. A $100.00 cancellation fee applies if a scheduled cleaning is canceled due to these reasons.

Cancellation Fee: If a subcontractor or agent cancels a scheduled cleaning due to the aforementioned conditions, a $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellations

24 Hour Notice: A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a $100.00 cancellation fee. Notify us via email at hello@coastalcleaninggroup.com or by calling (858) 682-1828.

Lockouts: If our representatives are unable to access the property upon arrival for a scheduled cleaning, resulting in cancellation, a fee will be charged up to 50% of the service rate or $100 if there is no specified service rate.

Security and Alarms

Access: By scheduling a cleaning service, you grant our representatives access to your premises.

Security Systems: Please notify us in advance if your premises have a security system. The system must be off or instructions provided for operation during cleaning. Notify us promptly of any security code changes.

Keys: Coastal Cleaning Group is not liable for damages or theft if keys are left in unsecured locations.

Upon termination of services, all customer keys will be returned within 48 hours.

Utilizing the Customer’s Equipment

Customers requesting the use of their cleaning equipment or vacuum assume responsibility for damages. We are not responsible for equipment maintenance or damages to personal equipment.

Special Cleaning Instructions

Green Cleaning Supplies: Notify us in advance if you require green cleaning solutions exclusively.

Personal Cleaning Supplies: Provide personal cleaning supplies if desired.

Limited Liability: Customers assume liability for using their cleaning products and materials.

Before And After Photo Usage Policy: We reserve the right to capture before and after photos for showcasing purposes.

Inaccessible Locations & Heavy Objects

Customers must move heavy items exceeding 35 pounds to enable cleaning behind them.

Breakage and Loss

Customers must report damaged or lost items within 24 hours.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Coastal Cleaning Group against third-party claims arising from website or service usage.

Limitation of Liability

Coastal Cleaning Group is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Force Majeure

Neither Coastal Cleaning Group nor customers are liable for service failures due to force majeure events.

Disputes

Disputes are subject to mediation, with the prevailing party entitled to reimbursement of costs.

Notices

Notice must be provided in writing via email or phone.

Non-Solicitation

Customers agree not to solicit Coastal Cleaning Group employees, contractors, or induce breaches of employment relationships.

Modification and Assignment

This Agreement may not be modified or assigned without prior written consent.

Website Usage

Users agree to abide by website usage rules, including prohibitions on spam and harassment.

Termination

Coastal Cleaning Group reserves the right to terminate access to website and services.
